Returns and Replacements

We do not accept returns or offer replacements for any of our products. All sales are final. This is because our products include source code, which, once accessed, can be copied or reused, making a return or replacement unnecessary and impractical.

Refunds

In exceptional cases, we may consider providing a refund if :-

  • 1. The product delivered is significantly different from what was described on our website.
  • 2. There was a technical issue on our end that prevented you from accessing the product after purchase.

Refund Process

  • 1. If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us at projectscoolprogramming@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase.
  • 2. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • 3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited to your original payment method.
